Fry Krisp Food Products, Inc. is a family owned business located in Jackson, Michigan since 1950.  Our brands Fry Krisp® and Oven Krisp® feature seasoned batter and coating mixes used to prepare foods for frying and baking.  We serve the food service market with bulk packages of 5 lb bags, 25 lb plastic lined boxes, and 50 lb muli-layered bags. The retail market is served by consumer sized boxes available at your local grocer or via the internet.

The Oven Krisp® brand of seasoned coating mixes is specially blended for use at home in your own oven.   Following the Fry Krisp® tradition of delivering high quality all natural products, Oven Krisp® brand products are available for chicken, fish, pork, and seafood.  Oven Krisp® also offers a line of simple to use “only add water” bakery items including cake, biscuit, pancake, and corn bread mixes.
