1 2-3 lb. Top Sirloin cut
21⁄2" Thick
1 cup Fry Krisp Steak & Chop Mix
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
4 tablespoons Margarine
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 crushed Garlic Cloves
4 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 375° Remove excess fat from steak. In small bowl, mix margarine, oil, and crushed garlic. Spread on all sides of steak. Mix Fry Krisp Steak & Chop Mix, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and cheese. Press into steak and coat well. Put steak in a brown paper grocery bag. Fold ends and secure with staples or paper clip. Place steak on a baking sheet and bake 30 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before carving.
