Cajun Fried Pickles
Slightly crunchy dill pickles housed inside a Cajun-seasoned crispy breading is the perfect way to snack.

Ingredients
- Dill pickle slices 
- Egg wash (or Fry Krisp Egg Wash Replacement) 
- Fry Krisp Cajun Fish Mix 
- Oil for frying 
Instructions
Heat fryer to 350°F.
Moisten food by thoroughly coating in egg wash. (Or use Fry Krisp Egg Wash Replacement)
Coat well in Fry Krisp Cajun Fish Mix.
Slowly add to fryer on 350°F.
Cook, until crispy and has golden-brown coating.
Pull out of fryer onto baking racks, letting the excess oil drain off.
Fry Krisp Egg Wash Replacement:
- Add 1 ½ Cup Fry Krisp Egg Wash Replacement 
- 2 ½ Cup Cold Water 
Add Fry Krisp Egg Wash Replacement slowly.
Whisk until smooth, lump free batter.
