Ingredients

*Fish Fillets

*1 Cup Fry Krisp Egg Wash Replacement

*2 Cup Cold Water

*2 Cup Cajun Fish Mix

Sizes: Foodservice or Retail

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup Fry Krisp Egg Wash Replacement with 2 cups cold water until smooth and lump-free.

  2. Dip your fish fillets into the prepared batter. Allow the excess to drip off.

  3. Coat the fish immediately with Fry Krisp Cajun Mix, ensuring an even layer.

  4. Fry at 350°F until the internal temperature of the fish reaches 145°F.

  5. Remove from fryer and place on baking racks to drain excess oil.

  6. Serve hot with a fresh lemon wedge and your favorite sides!
