Heat grill to a medium- high heat.

Season the catfish fillets with Fry Krisp Lemon Pepper Breading.

Place the seasoned catfish fillet on preheated grill.

Cook for 14 minutes, until the fish is light and flaky and an internal cooking temperature of 145°F. Flipping once, half way through.

While your catfish is cooking, brush 2 lemon slices with your choice of oil and grill them for the last few minutes of cooking, flipping once.

Remove the grilled catfish and lemon slices, serving hot.
